How to report material on this site that you believe infringes your copyright, and how we respond.
Designated agent
SMEPro Technologies, LLC [email protected]Sending a notice
A notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act should be in writing to the agent above and should include:
- Your physical or electronic signature, or that of someone authorised to act for you.
- Identification of the work you say has been infringed.
- Identification of the material on this site you are asking us to remove, with enough detail for us to find it, such as the page address and the listing number.
- Your address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
What happens next
We act on notices promptly. Material that is the subject of a valid notice is removed or disabled while the claim is reviewed, the party who supplied it is told, and the multiple listing service that supplied the record is notified where the record came from its data. A counter-notice may be sent to the same agent.
