Leads who can actually buy. Exposure you actually own.
RealEChat puts live listings, real market numbers and your own people on one map. It rates every lead from facts instead of a vendor's score, lists your properties where search engines and AI assistants look, and answers plain questions with the source shown. Nothing bought, nothing made up.
Free for 14 days. A card is required to start and nothing is charged until day 15; cancel before then and you pay nothing. Listings are included as is; add your own MLS access inside the app whenever you are ready.
Two problems agents pay for every month. Here is how RealEChat handles them.
Lead vendors sell you window shoppers. Exposure vendors sell you "top results" you never own. Both problems have the same fix: do the work on your own map, with your own data.
Purchased leads are mostly people who cannot buy yet.
RealEChat rates every lead from facts you record, not a score someone sold you: financing in hand (pre-approval or proof of funds), a move inside six months, and a reply in the last two weeks. Validated leads are matched to listings first and followed up first. Your own intake form asks those questions before you ever drive out, and the answers land in your leads already rated.
"Top search results" you rent from a vendor disappear the day you stop paying.
Your listings and market pages publish on your own site with what search engines and AI assistants actually read: schema.org listing data, market pages built from real figures, a sitemap, llms.txt and robots rules that welcome AI crawlers. A checklist keeps your Google, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, HAR, Zillow and Realtor profiles current, with real link checks.
Search the map by asking
"Three bedrooms in Katy under $450,000, not in a flood zone." The map and the list update, and every listing shows its photos, days on market and what matters before you drive out.
List your own properties
Add a listing with photos, place it on the map, and it is live in minutes: matched to your buyers, ready for a just-listed post, and published on your site with structured data for search and AI.
Keep buyers matched and validated
Add a buyer once. RealEChat checks every new listing against what they want, tells you when something fits, and nags you for the pre-approval when it is missing.
Check every post before it goes out
Drafts for social media, email and mailers are checked against fair housing and Texas advertising rules. You approve each one. Nothing is ever posted for you.
Keep each deal on schedule
Start a transaction from a listing and get the milestone checklist with dates and owners. Overdue items surface in your morning "what needs attention" answer.
Know the market with sources
Median prices, days on market and mortgage rates for 16 Houston areas, each with its month and source. Where a figure does not exist, the app says so instead of guessing.
Up and running in an afternoon.
Start with what is already there
Listings, photos, recent sales and market figures come with the app, as is. List your own properties right away. When you want to work under your own MLS access, add it inside the app in a minute.
Add your people, or let them add themselves
Enter the buyers, sellers, tenants and investors you are working with, or share your intake form so they answer the qualifying questions themselves. Matching and readiness ratings start right away.
Work from the map
Ask questions, open properties, draft your outreach and start checklists. Everything you create stays yours, links back to a real listing, and publishes to your own site.
Nothing in RealEChat is made up.
Every number tells you where it came from and when. If a figure does not exist for an area, the app says so instead of guessing.
- Listings are real MLS records displayed under the MLS rules, with the listing office named, plus the properties you list yourself.
- Market figures cite their month and their source, down to the page.
- We do not sell leads. Yours come from your own intake form and the people you add, rated from facts you record. They are never shared, sold or used to train anything.
- The assistant describes properties, locations and terms, never who should live somewhere.
- Listings
- MLS records displayed under the MLS rules, provided as is, plus the properties you list yourself. Add your own MLS access inside the app any time.
- Closed sales
- The MLS. Texas is a non-disclosure state, so there is no other honest source.
- Market
- HAR's monthly report, Redfin market pages for 16 Houston areas, Freddie Mac mortgage rates.
- Flood
- FEMA's National Flood Hazard Layer, looked up live for the property you open.
- Photos
- MLS listing photos. Satellite and street views from Esri, CARTO and Google.

Prices are in US dollars. Listing data is provided as is; you can add your own MLS access inside the app at any time. The 14-day trial includes everything in the plan you choose. Things people ask before they sign up.
Do I need to be technical to use this?
No. If you can send a text message, you can use RealEChat. You type what you want in plain English and the map does the work. Settings are a short checklist, and we walk you through connecting your MLS.
Do you sell leads?
No. Lead vendors sell the same names to several agents, most of whom are months from buying. Your leads in RealEChat come from your own intake form and the people you add. The app rates each one from facts you record: financing in hand, a timeline, and whether they answer. That is what "validated" means here.
Where do the listings come from?
Listings, photos and recent sales come with the app, displayed under the MLS rules, provided as is. You can also list your own properties directly. If you have your own MLS access, add it inside the app and your searches run under your own account.
How does the exposure part work?
RealEChat publishes your listings and market pages on your own site in the form search engines and AI assistants read: structured data for every listing, a sitemap, an llms.txt summary and robots rules that welcome AI crawlers. You can also check any website, including a vendor's, to see what crawlers actually find there. Nobody can promise a ranking; what you control is being readable everywhere you should be.
Does it post to social media or email my clients for me?
No, and it never will without you. Every draft waits in a review queue where you approve, edit or reject it. Approved items export to the tools you already use for sending.
Is my client information safe?
Your leads, deals and notes belong to you. They are stored for your account only, never sold or shared, and never used to train any model. Brokerage plans can add single sign-on and audit exports.
What does "nothing made up" mean?
Every listing is a real MLS record and every market figure names its source and date. Where a number does not exist, for example a median price for a small neighborhood, the app tells you that instead of estimating one.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from Settings inside the app with one click. Cancel during the trial and nothing is charged. After that, monthly plans stop at the end of the month you paid for; yearly plans run to the end of the year. Your leads and notes stay for 30 days so you can export them.
Why do you ask for a card before the trial?
So your account keeps working on day 15 without a break, and so we spend our time with agents who mean it. Nothing is charged until the trial ends, we email you three days before, and cancelling takes one click.
Tell us a little about you and we will set you up.
You get a reply from a person within one business day with your login and a short setup call if you want one.
- 14 days free; your card is not charged until day 15
- We help you connect your MLS
- Your information is used only to reach you about RealEChat
